The Bamboo blocks are a sturdy and hollow lightweight yoga block and as sturdy as wood yoga blocks, but lighter. Yoga blocks help yogis reach the ground in balancing poses; improve flexibility, stability and helps in proper alignment. Bamboo has a naturally textured surface, with rounded edges provides a no-slip contoured grip.

We currently ship within Australia only. We ship primarily using Sendle, a Carbon Neutral and Certified B-Corporation company or Australia Post.

Need your parcel to arrive sooner? You have the option to use Australia Post's Express Post service on checkout. For FAQ's read HERE.

Products are dispatched around 8am Mon-Sat.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your package has been collected by the courier. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

I like the size and just right weight to it. Very stable so I’m able to hold poses longer and deeper in my stretches

Strong and sturdy, exactly as pictured. Colour means it is both calming and easy to find if you leave them in an odd spot in your room! Great to have the carry strap included as well.

UST WHAT I NEEDED

I was lucky enough to receive one of these blocks as part of a giveaway. As soon as I used it, I knew I would need another, so I bought one for myself. This block has a nice weight to it and feels very sturdy and stable beneath my hands.
